Interim General Practice Surveyor

My client are after an experienced and highly motivated Interim Estates Surveyor to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective management of the councils property portfolio while supporting the delivery of key public services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional advice on all aspects of property management, acquisition, and disposals
• Assist with the strategic development and implementation of property strategies.
• Manage the negotiation of leases, licenses, and other legal agreements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Support the team in the effective management and development of the local authority’s estate.

Key Requirements:

• RICS (essential)
• Proven experience as an Estates Surveyor, ideally within alocal authority.
• Strong understanding of property law, valuation principles, and management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
