Interim FP&A Manager

6-months

Southampton with hybrid working

Chilworth Partnership are assisting a highly acquisitive PE backed business with their recruitment of an Interim FP&A Manager for an initial period of 6-months.

Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Design and implement performance analytics to monitor and improve KPIs across the organisation.
  • Ownership of the Budget and forecast process for the Group.
  • Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth, principally migration of existing ERP to Cloud.
  • Transition to Power BI to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making.

You will:

  • Have experience in a relevant FP&A role ideally within a Private Equity environment.
  • Have experience of 3 statement modelling and working through multiple forecast cycles.
  • Have strong data skills with good ERP implementation and ideally Power BI experience.
