Interim FP&A Manager

Location: Preston | Hybrid Working

Ref: ZH023

9-Month Contract

Finatal is partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing SME in the Telecommunications sector, undergoing a major transformation following a recent Private Equity investment. We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to lead financial initiatives, support strategic decision-making, and assist in the company's expansion during this growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide actionable financial insights for strategic projects and growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and decision-making
  • Streamline financial operations and reporting to meet Private Equity standards
  • Manage cash flow, scenario modelling, and risk analysis
  • Conduct commercial analysis on new services, pricing, and profitability
  • Support financial system integration and improve reporting and data visibility

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to attend the London office 3 days per week
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience in FP&A or similar roles, preferably in Private Equity-backed businesses
  • Experience in the telecoms industry is essential
  • Experience in high-growth SMEs and fast-paced environments is advantageous
