Job Description

Main tasks will be to:

  • Manage and coordinate the financial planning and budgeting process, including the five-year financial plans.
  • Deliver robust monthly financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organisation.
  • Review and analyse complex financial information to aid business profitability and growth.
  • Lead financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support the development of junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim FP&A Manager should:

  • Be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Have international restricted funds reporting experience
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Have strong budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Be someone senior enough to hit the ground running and develop processes from scratch
  • Experience within the not-for-profit space is a must
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
