A fast-growing business in South Essex is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to provide critical financial insights during a key expansion period. This role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance. Ideal candidates will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong analytical skills and proven FP&A experience. The position is mainly office-based but may offer flexibility.

Overview

Rutherford Briant Executive are exclusively partnering with a fast-growing business in South Essex seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to provide critical financial insight and support during a key period of expansion.

This interim role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can add immediate value.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles
  • Deliver clear, insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive commercial performance and act as a strategic advisor
  • Strengthen financial planning processes and reporting frameworks
  • Create financial models and projections on existing and new project opportunities
About You
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified with significant post qualified experience
  • Proven FP&A experience in a scaling or dynamic business
  • Strong analytical and business partnering skills
  • Confident working autonomously
  • Immediately available or on short notice
