Job summary

Harmonic is seeking an Interim Group FP&A Consultant for a six-month engagement based in London, with a hybrid pattern. You will lead the reporting rebuild, design the consolidation framework, and partner with central and regional teams to deliver accurate group-wide insights.

You will own the end-to-end process from requirements to sign-off, bringing experience in multi-entity environments, ERP/Systems changes, and advanced Excel modelling. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Lead the design of the group's reporting suite covering actuals, budgets, forecasts and ad hoc reporting.
• Define reporting requirements with central and regional finance teams and establish a single reporting standard across the group.
• Build automated reporting within the new environment to reduce manual preparation and improve turnaround.
• Rebuild existing spreadsheet reporting, including the consolidation logic, within the new systems.
• Ensure consolidation outputs and management reporting reconcile at every reporting level.
• Ensure a high level of testing across both the old and new reporting to confirm accuracy ahead of sign-off.
• Document changes, reporting logic and data definitions effectively for future use.
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement once the reporting is live.
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Has designed a group reporting suite from scratch, not only run one built by someone else
• Strong grasp of consolidation, intercompany and the planning cycle
• Advanced Excel, comfortable with large data sets and rebuilding models
• Led on a programme of change management previously (ERP/Systems etc)
• Power BI
• Worked with ERP e.g. NetSuite, D365 etc
• Multi-entity or international group experience
