Finatal is partnering with a Private Equity-backed manufacturing business undergoing post-deal professionalisation. They seek an experienced Interim Head of FP&A to build robust planning, reporting and insight.

You will work with the CFO, leadership team and PE investors to establish best‑in‑class planning and performance management in a growing SME environment. Immediate availability is preferred.

Formación

• Professional FP&A leadership experience in a growth SME.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial finance skills.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budget, forecast and strategic planning processes.
• Develop and improve Board, lender and PE investor reporting.
• Build financial models, scenario planning and cash flow forecasts.
• Establish KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
• Partner with operational teams to drive business performance.
• Deliver commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Support value creation initiatives and growth projects.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting and systems capability.
• Provide insight on margins, productivity, and profitability.
