Job summary

Talentedge is seeking an energetic Interim FP&A Director for a high-growth, B2B SaaS organisation. This 6-month contract in London is hybrid with 2–3 days on site and reports to the CFO.

You will lead rolling forecasts and scenario planning, align GTM capacity and hiring with commercial targets, and partner across RevOps and FP&A to strengthen forecasts, pricing discipline and KPI reporting. You will mentor the FP&A team and drive dashboards for real-time strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A/Strategic Finance experience in fast-paced scale-ups.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and GTM modelling.
• Strong communication to senior non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead rolling forecasts and scenario planning; align planning with commercial targets.
• Partner with RevOps and FP&A to strengthen bookings, ARR forecasting and pricing discipline.
• Expand cohort analytics for retention; contribute to KPI packs and board reporting.
• Establish variance analysis routines and drive corrective actions with leads.
• Mentor FP&A team and improve data, tooling and systems maturity.
• Support due diligence and Q&A; help roll out real-time dashboards.
