A rapidly expanding, international brand in Milton Keynes is looking for an Interim FP&A Lead to join the team on an ongoing basis. The position has become available due to expansion and the need to enhance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities, while also overseeing the implementation of strategic plans.

The daily rate on offer is between £700 - £750 per day, and the position will be offered on a hybrid basis (minimum of 4 days onsite in Milton Keynes).

The key duties of the Interim FP&A Lead will include:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly board decks
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation
• Act as a business partner to all divisional leads
• Implement financial models and processes to drive efficiency and control
• Complete weekly and monthly internal reporting
• Perform financial analysis including variance, operational, gross margin, and costing analyses
• Create and deliver ad hoc reporting for investors

The ideal profile will:

• Have experience working within a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Be a strong systems and Excel user
• Have extensive FP&A experience
• Be able to demonstrate business partnering experience
• Be willing to work onsite in Milton Keynes 3-4 days per week

The business is an industry leader in its field and has an exciting 12-24 months ahead.

This is an ongoing, interim assignment which will sit Inside IR35.
