My client urgently needs an experienced interim production manager for an initial three-month contract in the Material Supply area of the factory.

You will lead and motivate teams, driving performance and material efficiency.

The company produces large volumes of chilled food products for major retailers. Experience in chilled food manufacturing and working in a fast-paced, pressurized environment is essential.

You should have knowledge comparable to a Factory Manager to deputise when needed.

You must have a proven track record of engaging with operational and non-operational stakeholders to meet manufacturing targets while maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.

The role is from Tuesday to Saturday, 1.30 pm – 10 pm, and is Inside IR35.
