Le candidat sera chargé de diriger le déploiement d'un système ERP tout en supervisant une petite équipe financière. Idéalement, le candidat aura une expérience dans un environnement B2B ou technologique, avec une solide expérience dans les entreprises à forte croissance.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans un environnement soutenu par la PE ou en forte croissance.
• Approche pratique avec des équipes financières minimales.
• Confiance à interagir avec des parties prenantes senior.

Responsibilities

• Diriger le déploiement d'un nouveau système ERP et améliorer l'intégrité des données.
• Gérer la reconnaissance des revenus et la précision des rapports.
• Encadrer une petite équipe financière et conduire des améliorations continues.
• Superviser les devoirs de contrôle, y compris la clôture mensuelle et la préparation des audits.

Job Description:

Our PE-backed software client requires an Interim Financial Controller for 6 months initially. Reporting to the CFO and with offices near Birmingham, the expectation is that you would spend 3 days on site per week. Overnight expenses can be covered if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the rollout of a new ERP system, embedding best practice processes and improving data integrity and reporting.
• Own balance sheet management, ensuring revenue is correctly recognised and reporting is accurate and accessible.
• Manage and mentor a small finance team, driving continuous improvement, automation, and greater efficiency.
• Oversee cyclical controllership duties, including monthly close, year-end, and audit preparation.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience within a B2B or software/tech business is advantageous.
• Strong background in private equity-backed or fast-growth business environments.
• Hands-on approach with experience managing lean finance teams and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
