Job summary

Go Fractional in London is seeking a qualified accountant to lead group audit and statutory reporting across four entities (Aus, NZ, US, UK). You will own consolidation, payroll oversight, and APAC collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasises execution: deliver compliant reporting, R&D capitalization, transfer pricing refresh, and cross-border tax activity, with minimal coaching and a quick ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA or equivalent.
• Experience leading group audit from prep to sign-off.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation.
• Exposure to statutory accounts across US and UK; APAC a bonus.
• Knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing and permanent establishment.
• Payroll oversight across US and UK.
• Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal coaching.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Take the compliance and reporting load and run it properly, at pace to ensure reporting timelines.
• Audit and statutory work.
• Group and APAC audit prep and delivery (APAC and Group under FRS 102).
• Statutory accounts across Aus, NZ, US, UK.
• R&D capitalization methodology that passes audit first time, with support.
• Inter-company loan between the UK and US.
• Refresh transfer pricing covering Australian tax losses and UAE entity.
• Assistance with entity setup, registration and tax compliance.
• Canada sales tax position assessment.
• CFC and PFIC status memorandum completion.
• Payroll across the group.
• Month end review and sign-off.
• Covenant reporting.
• Report to finance director and collaborate with finance manager and finance associate.

Who you are

• Qualified accountant. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent
• You have taken a group audit from prep to sign-off as the preparer, not just supported one
• Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience
• Statutory account exposure across US and UK entities. APAC is a bonus
• Enough international tax exposure to hold your own on transfer pricing, permanent establishment, and sales
• Tax. You do not need to be a technical expert. You need to know what to ask
• Payroll oversight across the US and UK
• Quick ramp time, no coaching
• Available to start ASAP

• SaaS or subscription revenue, and comfort with deferred and accrued income at volume
