Job summary

The Oyster Partnership is supporting a local authority through a major finance systems transformation. The Interim Finance Systems Implementation Lead will own the finance workstream, guiding design, build, tests and adoption of the new system across the organisation.

You will lead cloud implementation workstreams, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with Finance, IT and PMO teams. Hybrid working and a 12-month assignment with a competitive day rate are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance systems implementations.
• Strong ERP transformation expertise across large programmes.
• Able to translate finance requirements into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream for the cloud implementation.
• Act as the primary finance lead across the project.
• Drive design workshops and gather requirements.
• Develop and document finance user stories.
• Coordinate finance testing and UAT.
• Ensure adoption of new finance processes.
• Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, PM and Operations teams.
