The candidate should have professional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and be proficient with Excel, ERP systems and data analytics.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience as Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Finance Manager or Financial Consultant.
• Strong technical accounting and month-end reporting experience.
• Experience in technology, R&D or fast-growth environments.
• Highly proficient Excel and strong data-handling capability.
• Tech-savvy with automation, systems and process improvement.
• Experience with ERP, finance systems or reporting tools.
• Strong financial analysis and management reporting skills.
• Comfortable with large or complex datasets.
• Hands-on, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to quickly learn new systems, processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and management reporting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare performance KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and automation projects across the finance function.
