Job summary

A London-based Managing General Agent is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide hands-on finance support and help prepare the business for sale. This role involves leading financial reporting, supporting internal controls, and working with management during the sale process. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Lloyd's/Syndicate finance and prior exposure to M&A or sale preparation. This is a 3-month contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Lloyd’s/Syndicate finance environment.
• Strong FP&A and financial control background.
• Previous exposure to M&A or sale preparation preferred.
• Manager-level experience, ideally within insurance finance.
