A values-driven SME in the not-for-profit sector is seeking an experienced interim finance professional for a hybrid role in Bolton. This position involves managing day-to-day finances, overseeing revenue recognition, and leading contract management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong financial accounting expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex funding streams. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and management accounting experience.
• Proven ability in contract administration with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident in managing multiple complex funding streams.
• Proactive, organised and able to work across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance including month-end, management accounts, budgeting and statutory returns.
• Oversee revenue recognition and ensure financial accuracy across all agreements.
• Lead contract management, reviewing/drafting agreements and compliance checks.
• Support Directors with organisational performance, risk, GDPR and sustainability.
