Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to provide hands-on leadership within a multinational manufacturing business based in Slough. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing finance and end-to-end management of the finance function.

The successful candidate will lead month-end, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and balance sheet control, while collaborating with operational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
• Experience as Finance Manager / Financial Controller or similar within manufacturing.
• Strong technical accounting and month-end reporting experience.
• Good understanding of inventory, costing, margins and production variances.
• Experience in a multinational/group environment.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems experience.
• Commercially minded with analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on and able to hit the ground running.
• Available at short notice for an interim assignment.
