The interim Finance Manager will be ensuring the financial health of the organisation by managing accounting operations and improving business processes and control. This is a pivotal role in supporting the long-term growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and own the month end process.
• Implementing a robust and improved process for balance sheet reconciliations.
• Redesigning the process of payroll journals.
• Supporting the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects and finance improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting duties.

Requirements:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified.
• A background in consumer and retail businesses is highly beneficial.
• Ability to demonstrate experience of multi-site organisations.
• Experience of implementing improved processes and controls is essential.
