Job summary

Pragmatic Semiconductor in Cambridge is seeking an Interim Finance/Senior Finance Director for around six months to partner with the CFO and strengthen technical accounting, reporting and a robust control environment. You will lead a finance team, operate across the organisation, and help scale finance for a fast-growing, capital-intensive technology and manufacturing business.

The role requires strategic and hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder influence, and readiness to start by late

Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience.
• Experience at FD level with strong track record in financial leadership and governance.
• Ability to manage financial planning, reporting and analysis across a scaling manufacturing/tech business.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Partner with CFO and executive team to develop and execute financial strategy.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
