Harvey Nash Group is seeking an Interim Finance Director to lead a manufacturing/FMCG business on a 6-month contract (Inside IR35). This role requires a hands-on, on-site presence with regular travel between Leicester, Cornwall and Plymouth to drive performance and strategic direction across multiple sites.

You will partner with the MD and site leaders to challenge performance, forecast, report, and implement continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leader with operational credibility.
• Experience influencing at senior level across multi-site organisations.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing finance and performance drivers.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted adviser to the Managing Director and Deputy to MD.
• Drive financial and operational performance across multiple sites.
• Partner with Site Directors and senior stakeholders to challenge and deliver results.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis.
• Support business transformation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
