Interim Finance Director & IT Transformation
A diverse role for a purpose-led organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you are given a broad scope of work and will be challenged while working within a small, dynamic, and friendly team to lead a finance system implementation.
This is a key hire, and you will engage with a range of senior external stakeholders. You need to be an experienced finance professional with good IT, systems implementation experience, and commercial skills.
Service delivery is key in this opportunity, in addition to excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will have a handover with the outgoing person, and an important aspect is to multitask, ensuring financial oversight and business continuity, whilst the IT transformation project is underway.
Finance
IT Transformation
Lead the implementation of an agreed IT transformation involving transition of core infrastructure to the cloud, for file servers, CRM, and the accounting system.
You will be responsible for the overall program, which covers the following over the next 9 months:
You will also train and develop the two reports to use the new system.
Ideally, you will have Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience (this is desirable rather than essential).
You must be able to commit from July 2025 to March 2026.
This will be a challenging, busy, and varied role with the ability to use your experience for an organisation that has a real social impact.
