Day Rate: £600-£700 DOE | Leicester | 6-Month Contract
Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH

Our client, a rapidly scaling organisation based in Leicester, is seeking an Interim Finance Director to provide strategic and operational leadership through a period of change. This role will play a critical part in supporting the senior leadership team and ensuring financial stability as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

Leading the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Providing commercial insight and strategic advice to the board and executive team

Managing cash flow and working capital to support ongoing operations

Ensuring compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements

Implementing improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting

Supporting key projects such as funding rounds, restructuring, or M&A activity

Mentoring and developing the finance team to enhance capability and performance
