Are you an immediately available Qualified Senior Accountant?

My client, a leading charity is looking for a Finance Director to join on an Interim basis on an ongoing contract.

Duties will include;

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
• Oversee cash flow management and implement cost-control measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial systems and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Address financial risks and opportunities with a proactive approach.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Director should have:

• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Extensive experience in financial management and reporting.
• ideally Not for Profit experience however this is not essential
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a finance team.
• Experience in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is advantageous.

Job Offer

• Competitive daily rate of £360 to £500, depending on experience via an umbrella company
