Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
2. Manage month-end and year-end processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
3. Optimize and streamline financial systems, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
4. Provide financial insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
5. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audit processes
