Interim Finance Business Partner - 3M FTC | Greater Manchester | Housing Association | Hybrid Working

We\'re excited to be partnering with a forward-thinking Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit a Part Qualified Finance Business Partner on an Interim basis for 3 months.

This is a pivotal role where you\'ll provide trusted financial insight and advice to Directors and Service Managers, ensuring they have the tools and clarity to deliver on the organisation\'s strategic goals. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you\'ll drive financial sustainability through strong performance management and collaboration across key property service areas, including Repairs & Maintenance.

The Role
  • Deliver financial advice and support to enable informed decision-making
  • Prepare and present insightful financial analysis on service performance
  • Support budget holders to develop and manage robust budgets
  • Carry out balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monitor financial performance and translate complex information for non-financial stakeholders
  • Lead value-for-money reporting and identify cost-saving initiatives
  • Contribute to internal audit processes and system improvements
The Person
  • Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA / ACA with management accounts experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and controls
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data in a clear, actionable way
  • Highly proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development
