Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking for a fixed-term opportunity in the Housing sector? Do you have a strong background in financial services, management reporting, and stakeholder engagement? Are you ready to make a significant impact in a medium-sized Housing Association in London?

My client, a Housing Association with a clear vision of improvement and a customer-first approach, is seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner for an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to a highly regarded Head of Finance, this role is pivotal in enhancing the financial services provided to the wider organisation. The focus will be on improving the quality of management reporting, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality financial support to key directorates, including budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • Enhancing the quality of management reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Focusing on Housing-specific financial challenges and niche areas within the sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the rapid improvement of financial services. The role offers a hybrid working model with one to two days per week in the London office, providing flexibility and a balance of remote work.

  • Ideally fully qualified, though candidates with substantial exposure to Housing Finance will be considered without the full qualification.
