My client is a multi-million-pound organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable people across the UK. I am assisting them in recruiting an Interim Finance Administrator on an initial six-month contract. The head office is based in London, with a hybrid working pattern.

The Interim Finance Administrator duties will include:

  • Manually updating the existing database with new information (POs and supplier details).
  • Maintaining the finance team inbox, ensuring all supplier emails are allocated and dealt with promptly.
  • Creating spreadsheets and generating reports on data.
  • Liaising with suppliers and staff, resolving account variances, and addressing day-to-day queries.

The successful Interim Finance Administrator will have:

  • Experience using various financial accounting software and Excel, with confidence in inputting large data sets.
