A fast growth medical devices company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Interim Facilities Project Manager. The role involves planning and managing a factory re-organization, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations while executing factory moves and office refits on time. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of safety regulations and a collaborative communication style. This is an urgent role lasting 3 to 6 months, starting ASAP.
Our client has an urgent need to re-organise part of its manufacturing facilities to accommodate the installation of a new clean room to support a significant increase in business. This will include the re-location of some of its existing operations to a new area in the warehouse and the conversion of office space into welfare facilities for the increased workforce and a new prototyping R&D area. They are a fast growth organisation in medical devices and equipment. Likely 3 to 6 months starting asap and outside IR35 status.

Knowledge of CDM regulations and how to safely manage contractors in a working factory. Personable, collaborative, clear communicating individual who can maintain composure and relationships under pressure.
