Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that requires M&A support based in London. We are seeking a hands-on M&A consultant to assist a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit within the next 12 months. Key responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and handling multiple projects related to the exit. You will work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems to produce financial models and support advisors on financial inquiries.
