Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that needs M&A support based in Kingston upon Hull. We are looking for a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit in the next 12 months. The responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing several projects related to the exit. The role involves close collaboration with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems to produce financial models and assist advisors with financial inquiries.
