Duration: 6 Months Contract

Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that needs M&A support based in London. We are seeking a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit within the next 12 months.

The responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing several projects related to the exit. The candidate will work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems to produce financial models and assist advisors with financial queries. Some travel to European locations may be required.
