About the Role:

Finatal, in collaboration with a private equity-backed SaaS business, is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day technical finance functions during an exit process. This hands-on role focuses on stabilizing the finance function and maintaining best practices. Strong experience in a SaaS environment managing financial processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical finance function through the exit process, ensuring stability and best practices.
• Own the preparation of monthly management accounts across the group.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, considering the financial impact of recent and upcoming acquisitions.
• Execute month-end close and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy across all entities.
• Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations, especially across integrated acquisitions.

Requirements:

• ACA qualification preferred.
• Experience within the finance function of a SaaS business.
