Job summary

Finatal is seeking an Interim Exit Support to back a private equity‑backed insurance business preparing for a forthcoming exit. Working closely with the CFO and leadership, you’ll oversee data room governance, information requests, and diligence readiness in a fast paced PE environment.

The role focuses on enhancing financial models, coordinating advisers and investors, and shaping the investment narrative.

Qualifications

• Experience with transaction data rooms and vendor due diligence.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Exposure to private equity exits in insurance sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, organisation, and ongoing management of the transaction data room.
• Coordinate information requests from advisers, lenders, and investors.
• Support vendor due diligence and ensure transaction-ready financial information.
• Partner with corporate finance advisers, due diligence providers, and legal advisers.
• Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Support management presentations and investor materials.
• Work with CFO/leadership to address diligence issues.
• Coordinate internal workstreams across finance, operations, commercial, compliance and risk.
• Support value creation initiatives and articulate the investment story to buyers.
• Assist transaction execution through to completion.
