Job Description

  • Effectively manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the office through efficient administrative support.
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices and other documents.
  • Provide support in special projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Interim Executive Assistant' should have:

  • A solid understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience working within a finance directorate.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
