Job Description

  • Collaborate with HR and Legal departments to ensure compliance with EU remuneration regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of remuneration-related regulatory reports and disclosures.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of remuneration policies and practices.
  • Provide advice on remuneration matters to various stakeholders within the financial services sector of the company.
  • Monitor developments in EU remuneration regulations and implement necessary updates.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to attract, motivate and retain talent.
  • Ensure internal communication of remuneration policies is clear and consistent.
  • Support the HR team in London with other duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Interim EU Regulatory Remuneration Specialist, to be based in London, will have:

  • An educational background in Human Resources, Law, Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Robust experience with EU Remuneration regulations in financial services including CRDV, IVV, EBA guidelines on sound remuneration
  • Experience in a remuneration role within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of EU remuneration regulations and practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Compensation, HR Risk Management or Compliance background preferred
