Job Description:

We are working with a leading financial services client for a 12-month contract, starting June/July 2025. The ideal candidate should have experience in equity derivatives and margin loans.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of securities financing transactions and corporate equity derivative transactions
• Developing and managing relationships with external legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation for a range of equity derivative and structured financing products
• Driving execution and resolution of transactions and issues
