As part of the UK&I leadership team, you will lead by example and drive action on our triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Profit.
This role oversees the annual Fiscal and 3-Year strategy implementation across Online channels (own brand Web and E-Retailers), aiming to achieve net sales, market share, profit, customer experience, distribution network optimization, and investment alignment with the brand strategy. You will also lead and manage the Performance Marketing & Customer Care team in UK & Ireland.
What Will You Do?
- Set and achieve fiscal net sales and profit targets for the Ecommerce channels.
- Define the UK&I Ecommerce channel plan to support growth, brand equity, and market positioning, including categorization and distribution investments.
- Manage budgets, propose sales and profit targets during reviews, and oversee OPEX for Web operations, marketing, advertising, and compensation.
- Develop 3YP strategies to enhance brand equity and growth, focusing on priority partners and rationalization where needed.
- Accelerate the Brand.com website to meet KPIs for recruitment, retention, sales, traffic, conversion, and ATV.
- Enhance the user experience, technology, and site optimization of Brand.com as a flagship platform.
- Leverage performance marketing channels such as Search, Affiliates, and Social Commerce.
- Manage online promotional calendars to drive traffic and conversions, aligning with omnichannel strategies and budget targets.
- Oversee P&L, analytics, and reporting for Web and partners.
- Strengthen relationships with key partners like Sephora and Amazon for growth and marketing.
- Ensure best-in-class Customer Care, utilizing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing to achieve omnichannel engagement, ROAS, and investment alignment.
- Align inventory demand with sales forecasts, focusing on accuracy and sustainability.
- Partner with regional and international teams on site optimization, technology, and innovation.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and online industry developments.
- Manage performance marketing agencies, including contracts.
