INTERIM DISPOSALS CONSULTANT – SOUTHEAST

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who require an Interim Disposals Consultant on a 3-month contract, on a part time basis.

Responsibilities

• Work on key disposal projects, managing transactions with agents.
• Deal with enquiries from existing tenants and community groups.

Requirements

• Experience dealing with disposals in a Local Authority environment is required.
• MRICS is desirable.

Details

You're required to work 3 days per week, with 1 day in the office/on site. It's recommended that you use your car for reaching the rural locations of some sites.
