We’re looking for an Interim Director of Regeneration and Assets for our public sector client based in London on an initial 9-month contract paying up to £896 per day Inside IR35.

This role allows hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office 2 days per week (Wednesdays required).

The successful Interim Director will possess proven skills working with the following -

  • Strategic leadership of regeneration, housing development, and corporate asset functions

  • Delivery of large-scale capital programmes, including social housing and mayoral priorities

  • Real estate and facilities management (FM) experience in a public sector environment

  • Political acumen with experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders (Mayor, Leaders, Chairs)

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within complex matrix structures

  • Development programme management including vacant possession, risk monitoring, and performance reporting

  • Background in local authority, GLA or registered provider environments preferred
