YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for an Interim Digital Content Manager to join our Digital Team.

We’re looking for someone who can lead the charge on content across all our channels, making sure everything we put out is engaging, high-quality, and on-brand. From Reels and TikToks to emails, website updates, and more, you’ll be the one keeping our content fresh, creative, and strategically spot-on.

You’ll be managing a small but brilliant team (a Content Executive and a Recipe Developer & Food Stylist), staying close to production, jumping on trends when it makes sense, and telling great stories that connect with our audience.

WHAT YOU BRING

1. A creative, hands-on approach to content—from big ideas to polished, high-performing posts
2. Solid digital expertise across social platforms and tools like Salesforce, Instagram, TikTok, CMS, and broader MarTech systems
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to keep projects on track and teams aligned

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
