A wonderful new opportunity has just gone live for a CRM Coordinator to join a leading entertainment brand that brings the biggest and best shows right to your screens at home! With a big focus on planning & strategy, this role is crucial in optimising communication to customers across email, in app & push. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months only.

The role
  1. Supporting the day-to-day running of the customer engagement team across key channels like in-app, email, and push.
  2. Helping to deliver regional and local campaigns on time, making sure assets meet all the right specs and deadlines.
  3. Managing a calendar of key customer moments (content drops, seasonal events, feature launches) and keeping the engagement playbook up to date.
  4. Working closely with marketing & PR to create smart, targeted campaigns that drive product engagement.
  5. Using data to spot trends, measure what's working, and suggest new ways to improve connections with customers.
  6. Always on the lookout for ways to make processes more efficient and stay ahead of the curve with the latest CRM tools and trends.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. A minimum of 1 years' experience in CRM Management.
  2. Experience with Braze would be highly desirable.
  3. Previous experience working within a matrixed organisation across global markets.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised individual.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
