They are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to manage and collect outstanding debts, ensuring their financial stability and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue payments.
  2. Contact clients via phone, email, and letters to secure payments.
  3. Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues.
  4. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address discrepancies.
  5. Prepare regular reports on account status and collection efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or XERO and MS Office.
  5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
