Job Information:
The role of the CQC Lead is to support the Assistant Director for Adult Safeguarding and Quality Assurance to work with the Adult Social Care Directorate and Senior Management Teams to ensure readiness for regulatory inspection by the Care Quality Commission.

As CQC Lead, you will manage preparations for external assurance by the Care Quality Commission. You will develop a robust self-assessment report and improvement plan, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align operational and strategic practices with CQC standards. You will need to develop a strong understanding of the CQC regulatory framework for local authorities, ensuring compliance and alignment with statutory requirements.

The CQC Lead will manage the operational relationship with the Care Quality Commission.
