Job summary

Marsden is seeking an Interim Corporate Counsel (M&A) to support its acquisition strategy and provide broad in-house legal support across commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating deal documents and key agreements.

The 12-month FTC role offers a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you will work independently while collaborating with the business and senior stakeholders across functions, including tech, retail and ecommerce teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction).
• Strong experience in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing deal processes.
• Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently whilst collaborating effectively across the business.
• Experience within technology, e-commerce, consumer, retail, venture-backed or high-growth businesses would be highly desirable.
