Job Description:

Panoramic Associates is supporting an SEN Education provider in London in their search for an Interim COO for a period of 6-12 months.

As Interim COO, you will provide strategic direction for the group, identify new growth opportunities and expansion, oversee finance and auditing, liaise with regulators, and report to the Board of Trustees.

Qualifications include experience as a Director of Care or Education/RD for an SEN Provider or CEO/COO experience within an SEN provider, SEN Schools group, or small charity.

An understanding of Ofsted and the Charity Commission is required.

This role is remote with visits to London as necessary. The position is offered 2-3 days per week, paid on a day rate basis.
