Job Description:

An exciting Interim opportunity to join a fast-paced Renewable Energy organisation, supporting on cutting-edge projects for the design, construction, and installation of Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage infrastructure.

This role is a key part of their NEC contract rollout, led by the EPC Director. You will draft NEC contracts, working closely with Project Managers to support scope and delivery during pre and post-contract phases.

You will set strategy, negotiate, and execute contracts for EPC equipment (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).

Requirements:
  • Confidence in drafting NEC contracts; experience with JCT or FIDIC is also considered.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure / Construction contracts in a multi-project, multi-discipline environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present convincingly and gain buy-in from Directors.
  • Experience in Energy, Construction, Solar PV, or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is advantageous.
