You will work across procurement, finance, legal and operations, managing large volumes of information under tight deadlines in a transformation programme.

• Experience in procurement or contract management within large organisations.
• Ability to review contracts and extract key information accurately.
• Strong stakeholder management and data accuracy skills.
• Familiarity with ERP, procurement or contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and consolidate indirect procurement supplier contracts across the business.
• Capture key contract information, including supplier details, owners and terms.
• Upload and maintain contract data within ERP/procurement systems.
• Validate information with Procurement, Legal, Finance and operations teams.
• Highlight gaps, risks and opportunities to improve governance.
