Are you a senior compliance professional with experience in fraud prevention and regulatory excellence? Oliver Sanderson is partnering with a leading regulated utilities provider to find an Interim Compliance Lead based in London. This 6-month interim role offers a day rate inside IR35. It is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with a strong compliance background, expertise in fraud frameworks, and stakeholder engagement skills to lead a specialized project.

The role involves delivering a targeted compliance project, developing a fraud prevention framework, and supporting the business in embedding regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust fraud prevention framework.
• Develop and execute a fraud response plan and conduct risk assessments.
• Interpret and apply ECCTA legislation and Fraud guidance.
• Collaborate with procurement and due diligence teams to ensure compliance.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Manage project timelines and objectives effectively.

Skills & Experience

• Senior Manager or Business Partner level compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in fraud prevention and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Utilities, Energy, Construction, Oil & Gas, Water.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to manage priorities.
