Job Description:

We are looking for a junior to mid-level commercial contracts lawyer who will be available for an April 2025 start. This position will be for a 12-month duration, and hybrid working is offered.

The work is expected to be quite broad, as the incoming candidate will be focusing on all things commercial-based (commercial contracts, NDAs, etc.).

This could be beneficial for candidates that come from a corporate/commercial background.

Previous buy-side experience can be beneficial but is not a necessity.
