Montresor Legal is partnering with a leading consumer company seeking a mid-level commercial lawyer for a 3-month remote contract. You’ll be providing support on a range of marketing and procurement contracts with a competitive day rate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, including: Creative Services Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Media, Print Management, and other miscellaneous agreements (promotions, sponsorships, etc.)
2. Helping to develop playbooks for contract management
3. Working with existing templates and adapting them for future use

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (UK W & I, or overseas qualification considered)
• Strong experience in marketing and procurement contracts
• Ability to work with templates and assist with creating playbooks
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
